As we know, the thing that we see attracts more than the thing that we read. Accordingly, I feel Flow Chart, which is pictorial explanation of any procedure, is better way to explain the procedures involved under RTI Act. I have divided whole RTI Act, 2005 into seven flow charts. I have tried to make the flow chart as illustrative as possible. This includes every important information including filing RTI Application, First Appeal, Second Appeal, and Complaint along with relevant reference of provisions of the RTI Act.
